The year of the lobster
According to the Chinese zodiac calendar, this is the year of the Ox. In my household though, it’s the year of the lobster.
Back in December our local frozen foods store was selling 2 lobsters for £10. We’d never seen this deal before, we don’t know if it’s due to restaurants being closed due to Covid or due to Brexit but we decided to stock up while we could. We would bought them out and then went back when they re-stocked and also found the lobster in a different shop. We also bought a standing freezer to hold our lobster stockpile. So lobster is on the menu…often.

YUMMMMMM, lucky you …what a score. You can’t go wrong with lobster, and ALL of your photos look delicious! Great job!!! ❤️❤️
Thank you Peggy and I totally agree. You can’t go wrong with lobster, unless you overcook it.
BEEEYATCH!!! I am ridiculously jealous. They all look amazeballs. I can’t remember when I had lobster last. I am inspired! Gonna try to find me some, lol!
Lmao, we are so spoiled when it comes to lobster. I mean, it’s not as good as crab but somehow we make do. Let me know what you end up making.
Lobster has always been at the top of my food wish list. Crab is actually second. Good call on stocking up on lobster! Awesome food porn, too!
